Por Travolution nos enteramos sobre algunos ratios de conversión desvelados por Enrique Nalda, Responsable de Google Travel en Francia, durante las Conferencias de PhocusWright en la ITB de Berlín.
Pensaba que este dato era secreto, pero debemos fiarnos.
Los Ratios de Conversión para el tráfico procedente de Google son:
- Agencias Online 1-5%
- Líneas Aéreas 5-10%
- Coches de Alquiler 10-15%
La conversión inmediata, en la que al ‘click’ conduce directamente a la venta sin pausa varía entre el 0,5% y 2,5% para las Agencias Online.

Yes, I confirm this stats giving by Enrique Nalda, Travel Industry Leader, France Google.
He talk also about video SEO and how Google put first in ranking places the videos and all other Web 2.0 content (user reviews). Video seems to become a new ranking tool and a important part in the Travel Long Tail.
An other guys in an other case study, (Gerry Samuels, from Mobile Travel Technologies) talk about web site that are mobile friendly (mobile optimised site) and the advantage for ranking in Google now and in the futur.
